DeepBrain Chain (DBC) is a distributed ledger based on cryptographic principles. The core idea of blockchain technology is “decentralization”. According to reports, the DeepBrain Chain recombination announcement showed that on November 16, 2019, DeepBrain Chain completed a hard fork upgrade. Prior to this upgrade, DeepBrain Chain had been widely criticized by the industry for the compatibility of its consensus algorithm with blockchain technology performance. However, it was later confirmed to be a “true” hard fork. Currently, the final code review and verification work is ongoing, and it is expected to be formally effective by the end of December.
DeepBrain Chain is one of the earliest blockchain projects in China to promote the development of the global financial system using PoW consensus, POS mechanisms, and other methods.
