According to the Bitcoin Cash whitepaper: “When a transaction record on a blockchain gets deleted, it happens; if someone wants to send data to another account (similar to PayPal), they need to pay a small fee (usually $2). Therefore, to make transactions more efficient and cost-effective, zero-knowledge proof must be used for confirmation.” So, the meaning of ZCL is not equivalent to Bitcoin Cash.
